Funding approved for new homes
9th July 2019Hertfordshire County Council agreed yesterday (Monday 8 July 2019) to fund the first new homes to be built directly by HLL (Herts Living Limited).
HLL, whose shareholder is the Council, plans to build its first new homes in Shephall Green, Stevenage. Planning Permission has already been granted for the residential development of two four-bedroom homes on a disused site owned by Hertfordshire County Council.
